An unconventional but effective approach in territory control goes to the Cambion with Chaos Orb. The orb's detonations will not hurt you or your allies. So, putting the orb between you and your opponents is a great way of helping you decide when it's right for you to attack head on. Wait for the orb to detonate and then swoop in with an aggressive melee attack. Alternately, you could use the orb to buy time for you to use a more complicated secondary ability like Quake, Drain or Ignite Pitch.
